This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the enquiry form on this site.

1. Who handles your details

2. What we receive

When you send the enquiry form, we receive:

  • the parent or guardian's name;
  • how you would like us to reply, and your phone number, username or email address;
  • your child's age;
  • the programme you are interested in;
  • the language you would like us to reply in;
  • when you would like to start;
  • how long you plan to stay in Fethiye;
  • your message;
  • technical details about where the enquiry came from: the page, the referring website and UTM tags (campaign labels in a link).

Only your name, contact details, reply language and programme are required. Everything else is optional.

3. Why we use them

We use these details only to:

  • handle your enquiry;
  • get in touch with you;
  • talk through which programme suits your family;
  • arrange an introduction or a visit;
  • keep track of your enquiry within our team.

We do not use them for newsletters or advertising.

4. How your enquiry is handled

  • The enquiry is stored in EDUHUB Fethiye's internal system.
  • Our team sees it in an internal lead portal that requires a staff login.
  • To respond quickly, a notification about the new enquiry with its main details may be sent to the internal work chat of the EDUHUB Fethiye team in Telegram.

5. External services

  • WhatsApp: when you write to us in WhatsApp or choose it as the way we should reply.
  • Telegram: for the internal team notification, and when you choose Telegram to contact us.
  • Instagram and Google Maps: only when you open a link to them yourself. The site does not load a map on its own.
  • Hosting: the site and the enquiries are stored on a rented server.

6. Cookies and analytics

There is no analytics or advertising tracking on this site, and the site does not set cookies.

Your language choice may be saved in your browser's local storage. While you browse, the first page you opened, the referring website and UTM tags are kept in your browser tab and are sent to us only together with an enquiry.

Your IP address is used briefly to limit spam submissions and is not stored with your enquiry.

7. How long we keep your details

We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and for our further contact with your family, unless the law requires otherwise.

Backup copies of the enquiry system are kept for 14 days.

8. Your requests

You can ask us to clarify, correct or delete your contact details if we no longer need to keep them. Write to us in WhatsApp or Telegram:
